Phyllis Ann Tackett

Phyllis Ann (Mullins) Tackett age 66 passed through the Pearly Gates on February 14,2011. Phyllis was born January 30,1945 in Pike Co. Ky. to John Smith and Sylvania (Kelly) Mullins. She married Ballard Tackett Jr. (Always known as Jr.) on November 30,1974. They lived in Ecorse, Michigan for all the years they were married. Phyllis is survived by her husband Junior, Mike Mullins, (Juniors nephew he raised as his own son), three sisters, Lois (Clement) Tackett, Yvonne Hampton, Shelby (Johnny) Baker, three brothers, Roy (long time special friend Connie), Maloy (Zania), Carl(Mary) and sister-in-law Lakoy Mullins. Phyllis also leaves behind a host of loving nieces and nephews other family members and many many friends. Phyllis will be sadly missed and long remembered by all.
