Ronald Keith Ritz

Ronald Keith Ritz age 60 passed away Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 at his home. Ronald was born on November 10th, 1950 to his parents Mary Barr Ritz and the late Nathan Ritz. He was the husband of Brenda Cochran Ritz, in charge or purchasing for the Pike County Board of Education, and a member of the Church of Christ. He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Along with his father, Ronald was preceded in death by one brother, Earl Ritz. Along with his wife and mother, Ronald is survived by two sons, Roanld Shawn (Rachel) Ritz of Pikeville, Eric Craig Ritz of Pikeville, one sister, Mary (Harry) Bennett, three brothers, Richard Ritz, Bruce (Lee) Ritz, Barry (Alice) Ritz, one grandchild, Taylor, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday, April 21st, at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randall Parsons officiating. The burial will follow in the Joe's Creek Cemetery.
