Gracie M. Baker

Gracie M. Baker age 86 passed away Thursday, June 30th, 2011 at her home. Gracie was born on March 11,1925 to her parents the late Delano Mullins and Rosie Bell Wright Mullins. She was the wife of the late Anthony (Antna) Baker, a homemaker, and a believer of the Baptist Faith. Along with her husband and parents, Gracie was preceded in death by one son, Terry Wayne Baker, one sister, Derothy Bentley, and three brothers, Carl, Clarence, and Vilice Mullins. Gracie is survived by one daughter, Linda (Gene) Thomas of Dorton, Ky., one son, Anthony Michael (Sara) Baker of Nashville, Tn., one brother, Andy Mullins of Dorton, three sisters, Mabel Mullins, Julie Hopson, and Spicie Belcher all of Dorton, Ky., nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday, July 3, 2011 at 2p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery at Dorton.
