Nick Pugh

Nick Pugh age 61 passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011 at his home. Nick was born on June 2, 1950 to his parents the late Jeff Pugh and Opal Hopkins Kirk. He was the husband of Kaye Pugh, a retired employee of CSX Railroad, and a member of the Army Reserves. Along with his parents, Nick was preceded in death by six brothers, Lawrence Pugh, Harold Pugh, Gene Adkins, Clell Adkins, Albert Adkins, and William Branham, and one sister, Joyce Pugh. Along with his wife, Nick is survived by two daughters, Renee (J.R.) Prater of Harold, Ky., Tonya (Mark) Scroggins of Boldman, Ky., one son, Brian (Misty) Pugh of Dana, Ky., one brother, Larry Pugh of Pikeville, three sisters, Ella Pearl Pugh, Hazel Lester, Della Belcher all of Pikeville, eight grandchildren, Kayela Spurlock, Tanner Roop, Austin Charles, Cody Charles, Blake Charles, Blake Scroggins, Morgan Pugh, Maddox Pugh, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Boldman Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011 at 1p.m. at the Boldman Freewill Baptist Church with Barry Clark officiating. The burial will follow in the Ferguson Cemetery.
