Anna Faye Dawhare

Anna Faye Dawhare, 76 of Pikeville, KY. was called home December 18, 2011. She was preceded in by Frank Dawhare (husband), Jr., Vadney Branham Goodman(mother), Birch Goodman(father), Lacy McKinely Goodman(brother), and Lillie Dale Goodman(sister). She leaves behind to mourn her loss three loving children, Frank Dawhare III of Pikeville, KY, Greg (Barb) Dawhare of Cohoes, NY, Vicki Dawhare-Cunningham(Mark) of Lexington, KY, five grandchildren, Matthew Dawhare of Memphis, TN, Natalie Dawhare (Brian) Nichols of Florence, KY, Brandon Smith of Lexington, KY, Brianna Smith of Lexington, KY, Nicholas Dawhare of Cohoes, NY, four great-grandchildren, Tristan Dawhare and Ashton Dawhare of Marrowbone, KY, Layla and Christian Stratton of Lexington, KY, two special friends, Debra Huffman and Judy Adkins. She retired from the Pikeville Methodist Hospital. Pallbearers include: Nicholas Dawhare, Matthew Dawhare, Steve Goodman, Mark Cunningham, Eric Meacham, Frank Dawhare, & Greg Dawhare. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funerl Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12 Noon at the Little Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Teddy Honaker, Carson Wright and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park. Immediately following the burial, a celebration of life dinner will be held at the Landmark Inn for close friends and family.
