Garland Keathley

Garland Keathley age 71 passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Garland was born on January 31, 1940 to his parents the late Henry Keathley and Knealie Keathley. He was the husband of Nancy Gail Adams Keathley, the owner/operator of D & B Auto Sales, an da member of the Church of Christ. Along with his parents, Garland was preceded in death by one son, Frank Gordon Keathley, two brothers and one sister. Along with his wife, Garland is survived by five daughters, Cassandra Gail Keathley (Ronnie) Akers, Raquel Keathley (Dwight) Lawson, Yolanda Rose (Steve) Hall, Tomeca Fawn Keathley Tackett, Heather Keathley Miller, two sons, Garland Dewayne (Stephanie) Keathley, Jonathan Brock (Becky) Keathley, two sisters, Georgia Salisbury, Thelma McKinney, seventeen grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday and Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Willie Meade officiating. The burial will follow in the Roberts Cemetery.
