Jerlene Hite Clevinger

Jerlene Hite Clevinger age 78 passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Jerlene was born on July 18, 1933 to her parents the late Tive Hite and Minnie Hite. She was the wife of the late Willie Clevinger Jr., a homemaker, and a believer of the Baptist Faith. Along with her husband and parents, Jerlene was preceded in death by one infant son, Bill Michael, and one infant daughter, Debra Lynn. Jerlene is survived by three daughters, Ardena (Johnny) Ray of Raccoon, Bonnie Maynard of Pikeville, Melissa Branham of Pikeville, one grandson Timothy Maynard, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 5p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services are Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with roger Blackburn and Carl Sargent officiating. The burial will follow in the Blankenship Cemetery at Lower Johns Creek.
