Adaree Mullins Estep, age 80, of Dorton, passed away February 23, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born December 4, 1931, at Dorton, the daughter of Gallie and Myrtle Mullins. She was a homemaker and a member of the Long Fork Freewill Baptist Church. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Estep, one grandson, Bradley Blake (Brad) Mullins, and three brothers. Chester Mullins, Virgil Mullins, and Ira Mullins. She is survived by one daughter, Charlotte (Randall) Mullins of Dorton; two sons, Troy (Burma) Estep, Jr. of Dorton, and Scottie (Tabitha) Estep of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee; three grandsons, Colton Estep, Blake Estep, and Shaun Shelton, four granddaughters, Kimberly Burdine, Kayla Estep, Heather Mullins and Tiffany Thacker, and five great grandchildren; one brother, Elster Mullins of Whitesburg; five sisters, Hazel Vanover of Dunbar, Virginia, Betty Roberts of Ivel, Kentucky, Martha Lea Adkins, Shirley Mullins and Melster Roberts of Pikeville. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Greg White and David Bentley officiating. The burial will follow in the Branham Cemetery at Lizzie Fork.
