Rhonda Swafford Adams

Rhonda Swafford Adams age 47 passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Rhonda was born on Dec. 5, 1964 to her parents Mabel Keesee Swafford and the late Wayne Swafford. She was the wife of Greg Adams, a factory worker in Michigan, and a member of the Pentecostal Church. Along with her father, Rhonda was preceded in death by one niece, Katie Nicole Trivette. Along with her husband and mother, Rhonda is survived by one daughter, Kayla (Josh) Hurley of Phyllis, Ky., one granddaughter, Charity Grace Hurley, one brother, Anthony Wayne (Kim) Swafford of Nicholasville, Ky., one nephew, Dylan Swafford, one niece, Kaylee Swafford and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 11a.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Jim and Dewayne Abshire officiating. The burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery at Phyllis, Ky.
