Teresa Lynn West

Teresa Lynn West age 52, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Ky. River Medical Center in Jackson, Ky. She was the daughter of Herman West and Jessie Dixon West and a homemaker. Along with her parents, Teresa is survived by one son, Eric Ray Simpson of Alleghany, Ky., one brother, Herman West Jr. of Pikeville, Ky., one sister, Patricia Ann Blackburn of Pikeville, Ky., one granddaughter, Destiny, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
