Bill Rose

Bill Rose age 91 passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the Hazard Hospice Center. Bill was born on August 30, 1920 to his parents the late Henderson Rose and Arminda Childers Rose. He as the husband of Margie Cable Rose, a retired coal miner, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with his parents, Bill was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Along with his wife, Bill is survived by three sons, Harold (Judy) Rose, Bennie (Tammy) Rose, three daughters, Billie (Bill) Damron, Brenda (John) Thacker, Margie (Kenny) Bowling, twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
