Bennie Irene Clevinger

Bennie Irene Clevinger, age 61, of Brushy Rd. passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. She was born February 25, 1951 to the late Alvis Sword and Josephine Canterbury Sword. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Paige Clevinger, her husband, Kenneth Clevinger, brother, Ronnie Sword, sister, Lola Lockhart, and a very special nephew, Joe Waugh. She is survived by three daughters, Denise (Calvin) Howard, Kenya Sword, and Jessica (Mickey) Bevins, four grandchildren, CC Howard, Aaron Moore, Shelbie Moore, and Carlie Bevins. She is also survived by five sisters, two brothers, and a host of nieces and nephews. She will always be truly loved, sadly missed, and greatly remembered by all. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Roger Ratliff, Gary Stanley, and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Bush Cemetery at Harold. Special services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7 p.m.
