Carolyn Hamilton

Carolyn Hamilton, age 60 passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Carolyn was born on July 8, 1952 to her parents the late Cleveland M. Duty and Martha G. Duty. She was the wife of Russell Dwight Hamilton, a nurse at Pikeville Medical Center, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Along with her husband, Carolyn is survived by one daughter, Jessica Danielle (Samuel) Coleman, one brother, Vernon D. (Peggy) Duty, one grandson, Wyatt Hamilton Coleman, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Sam Crawford and others officiating. The burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel.
