Lorraine Wright Elswick

Lorraine Wright Elswick age 65 passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Ky. Lorraine was born on June 23, 1947 to her parents the late Wesley Wright and Rachel Wright. She was the wife of Daniel Elswick, a homemaker, and a believer of the Baptist Faith. Along with her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by one son, Keith Elswick, one granddaughter, Brylee Elswick, two sisters, Betty Cook and Doris Belcher, one brother, Don Wright. Along with her husband, Lorraine is survived by three sons, Rodney Elswick of Caney Creek, Jamie (Brittany) Elswick of Dorton, Ky., Matthew (Bridgett) Elswick of Bean Station, Tn., two brothers, Jerry (Gloria) Wright of Dorton, Ky., David (Peggy) Wright of Dorton, Ky., three grandchildren, Peyton Elswick, Hillary Elswick, one grandson on the way, and a host of loving family and friends that will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, October 12, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Baptist Ministers officiating.
