Robert Lee Griffin

Robert Lee Griffin age 73 passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at the East Ky Veterans Center. Robert was born on Oct 29, 1939 to his parents the late James Griffin and Lottie Hamilton Griffin. He was retired from Ford Motor Company, a member of the V.F.W., believer of the Baptist faith, and he also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. Robert is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Queensen, one son, Robert Griffin, two brothers, Paul Griffin, Ray (Juanita) Griffin, six sisters, Shelby (Ira) Maggard, Brenda Lucas, Vera (Jim) Duncan, Linda (Roy) Yonts, Jody (John) Parker, Marita (Randy) Adams, three grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Dave Hammond officiating.
