Kenneth Bernard Osborne

Kenneth Bernard Osborne, age 81 of Jonancy, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at his home. Bernard was born on August 23, 1931 to his parents the late Daniel Osborne and Leona Greer Osborne. He was the husband of Christine Baker Osborne, retired from Ford Motor Company, and a member of Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. Along with his parents, Bernard was preceded in death by one brother, Elmer Eugene Osborne. Along with his wife, Bernard is survived by four sons, William (Charlene) Osborne, Donald (Paula) Osborne, Sean (Monica) Pannell, Jeremy (Brandy) Pannell, three daughters, Anita Bryan, Vicki DeBusk, Jacqueline (Ryan) Osborne, two sisters, Pattie (Gillis) Hamilton, Jessie Tipper, two brothers, Jack (Mollie) Osborne, Daniel Osborne Jr., twenty grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 at 12 noon at the Bethel Freewill Baptist Church with Billy Akers, Dolph Kelly, and Butler Adkins officiating. The burial will follow in the Osborne Family Cemetery at Jonancy.
