Aileen Spears

Aileen Spears age 57 passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on Nov. 29, 1955 to her parents the late Ace Cole and Leona Rich. She was the wife of Jerry Spears, a homemaker, and a member of the Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Aileen was preceded in death by one brother, Gussie Lee Cole. Along with her husband, Aileen is survived by one son, Tony Spears (Heather Bentley), two daughters, Michelle Huffman, Jamie (Chris) Johnson, five grandchildren, Brittany LaChelle Huffman, Brandon Dale Huffman, Christopher Preston Johnson, Caden Isaak Johnson, Korbin Brice Johnson, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, January 11, 2013 at 1p.m. at the Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church with Tracy Patton, Barry Clark, and Tim McCoy officiating. The burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana.
