William P. Osborne

William P. Osborne age 63 passed away Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. William was born on June 2, 1949 to his parents the late Sylvester Osborne and Jessie Phillips Osborne. He was the husband of Sheila Stevens Osborne, a retired truck driver, and a member of the Community Church. Along with his parents, William was preceded in death by one sister, Eunice "Tootie" Osborne. In addition to his wife, William is survived by one son, Chad Morris, One daughter, Ashley Jones, one sister, Ann Conn, special niece, Misty Slone, eight grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 5p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 7:30p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Mark Justice officiating.
