William Everett "Willy" Shinn

William Everett "Willy" Shinn age 51 passed away February 20,2013 in Pikeville, Ky. Willy is preceded in death by his father Don K. Shinn Sr. and all his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, O. Evangeline Shinn, of Johnson City. Tenn. One sister, Dorinda Keck and husband Wesley of Edgewood Maryland. Three brothers, Don Shinn Jr. and his wife Cricket, Kenneth Shinn and Robert Shinn all from Jonesborough, Tenn. Five nieces, one nephew, special friend Karen Shinn and host of friends. Willy was a member of Lone Oak Christian Church, Johnson City, Tenn. and also attended Emmuel Baptist Church, Pikeville, Ky. Visitation will be Saturday February 23,2013 from 6pm.-7p.m. and funeral services will be following at 7 p.m. , at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home at 2931 U.S. Hwy 23 South Pikeville, Ky. Burial will be Sunday at Bartley Cemetery Penny Ky. Family and friends are ask to meet at the funeral home at 10 a.m. to go to gravesite.
