Lena Casebolt

Lena Collins Casebolt age 82, passed away Sunday March 3,2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Lena was born December 19, 1930 to her parents, the late Johnny and Sarah Collins. Lena was retired from the Pikeville Independent School was a member of the Anna O Young Eastern Star and was a member of the Church of Christ. Along with her parents Lena was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Casebolt,and one son James H. Casebolt Jr. Lena is survived by three daughters, Karen Lynn (Wendle) Lewis of Fords Branch. Anita Kay (Gary) Blackburn of Fords Branch, Tammy Lynette (Denny Paul) May of Fords Branch, one sister, Verna McPeek of Chloe, one brother, Elster Collins of Barberton Ohio, Eight grandchildren, Thirteen Great-Grandchildren and a host of family and friends who love her and will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Monday 3-4-2013 6 p.m. at Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral will be Tuesday 3-5-2013 11a.m. at Lucas & Son Funeral Home.
