Walter Turner

Walter Turner, age 84, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013 at his home. Walter was born on April 12, 1928. He was the husband of the late Kathleen Turner,worked for Black and White Transit Comp, and a member of the Marrowbone Baptist Church. Along with his wife and parents, Walter was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. Walter is survived by two sons, Robert S. Justice, David N. Justice, one daughter, Kathy S. Strouth, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday at 12 noon at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Arnold Belmont Johnson officiating. The burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
