Ruey Justice

Ruey Justice, age 83 passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at his home. Ruey was born on January 24, 1930 to his parents the late Tom A. Justice and Virgie Bishop Justice. He was the husband of Jetta Lee Justice, a carpenter and mason. Along with his parents, Ruey was preceded in death by two sisters, Infant Piney and Nina Meade, three brothers, Ernie Justice, Ernest Justice, and Rara Justice. Along with his wife, Ruey is survived by two sons, Mike (Parenthia) Justice of Powells Creek, Rick (Phoebe) Justice of Powells Creek, one brother, Perry Justice of Somerset, Ky., Doshie Bartley of Powells Creek, two granddaughters, Stephine (Neil) Coleman, Andrea (Chad) Kendrick, three great-grandchildren, Cheyenne & Kyleigh Coleman, Maggie Kendrick, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday, April 19, 2013 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Clinard Ratliff officiating. The burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
