Geneva Stiltner

Geneva Stiltner, age 80 passed away Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Geneva was born on May 13, 1922 to her parents the late Joel Johnson and Mary Jane Burke Johnson. She was the wife of the late Ellis Martin Stiltner, a homemaker, and a member of the Dorton Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Geneva was preceded in death by two sons, Tony Lee Stiltner and Jerry Wayne Stiltner, and one daughter, Betty Tungate. Geneva is survived by six sons, Paul Edward Stiltner, Kenny Dan Stiltner, Randy Martin Stiltner, Lonnie Stiltner, Bobby Dale Stiltner, Jimmy Darrell Stiltner, nine daughters, Linda Sue Newsome, Judy Kay Mullins, Mary Anna Ramey, Martha Ellen Wright, Rheda Jean Potter, Connie Ratliff, Edna Gail Hall, Tammy Cantrell, Lesa Carol Wright, one brother, Hillard Johnson, one sister, Polly Potter, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Teddy Tackett, Clyde Bentley, Jimmy Hall, Butler Adkins, and others officiating. The burial will follow in the Roberts Cemetery at Jonancy.
