Will Cole, age 86, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Will was born on August 5, 1927 to his parents the late Will Cole Sr. and Dicy Marie Lamber Cole. Will was janitor at Pike County Courthouse and a member of the United Methodist Church. Along with his parents, Will was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Lou Cole Slone and Margaret Jane Cole, and five brothers, Fred, Abe, Dan, Charlie, and Harry Cole. Will is survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews, Mary Carol (Frank) Adams Compton, Judy Liddell, William Lee (Janet) Adams, Curtis Lee Adams and Cody, Misty Sipple and Aaron, Angie Flanery and Megan, Paige, Hope, and Cristian, Allen Flanery, Fallon Ledbedder and Isabella, Scottie Flanery and Kaylee, Emmie and Zach, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Voice of Victory Church. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013 at 1p.m. at Voice of Victory Church with Donnie Hall and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Elkins & Crum Cemetery at Island Creek.
