Ernest Clement Bentley

Ernest Clement Bentley, age 58, passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 at his home. Ernest was born on October 13, 1955 to his parents the late Turner Bentley and Pinea Bentley. He was the husband of Kiki Vass Bentley, a retired coal miner for Aero Energy, and a member of the Church of Christ. Along with his parents, Ernest was preceded in death by his first wife, Sherry Bentley, one sister, Faye Riddle. In addition to his wife, Ernest is survived by one son, Shane Bentley, one daughter, Kiki (Aaron) Bentley Drexler, four brothers, Wendell (Linda) Bentley, Winston (Ertha) Bentley, Jacob (Janice) Bentley, Herbert (Lou Ann) Bentley, six sisters, Erma Bentley, Alice (Wilson) Fleming, Lavern (Lonnie) Mullins, Betty (Robert) Bentley, Polly (L.D.) Mullins, Geraldine (William) Meade, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday Oct. 19, 2013 at 2p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Josh Allen & Hargus Hall officiating. The burial will follow in the Bentley and Fouts Cemetery at Virgie, Ky.
