Pamela Jane Johnson

Pamela Jane Johnson, age 62, passed away Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Pamela was born on Nov. 30, 1950 to her parents Lois Peters-Parko and the late H. Gene Peters. She was the wife of Ronnie Keith Johnson, a driver for Sandy Valley Transportation, and a member of Beefhide First Alliance Church. Along with her father, Pamela was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia "Patty" Peters and one brother, Paul Peters. Along with her husband and mother, Pamela is survived by five daughters, Gena Bowling, Rhonda Tackett, Julie Edwards, Stacie Bartley, Jessica Johnson, one son, Gerald Johnson, sixteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Beefhide First Alliance Church. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 at 1p.m. at the Beefhide First Alliance Church with Jerry Adkins officiating. The burial will follow in the Bentley Johnson Cemetery.
