Madelyn Miller

Madelyn Miller, age 79, passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 at her home. Madelyn was born on June 6, 1934 to her parents the late Steve Meade and Lillie Iricks Meade. She was the wife of the Late James E. Miller, a homemaker, and a member of the Gulnare Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Madelyn was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Madelyn is survived by two sons, Mickey (Barbara) Miller, Dennis Miller, one daughter, Teresa (Ralph) Gross, six grandchildren,Windy Sample, Mellissa Vaughn,Jamie Crowell, Corey Miller, Rachael Miller, Gavin Miller eight great-grandchildren,Justin, Matthew,Christopher,Mattie,Dustin, Sadie,Easton,Jaycee and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday Nov. 23, 2013 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Tim McClanahan officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Family Cemetery at Lower Johns Creek.
