Joe Larain Fincher

Joe Larain Fincher, age 85, passed away Nov. 25, 2013 at his home in Aurora, Colorado. He was born on May 17, 1928 to his parents the late Madison Fincher and Ora Jones. He was the husband of Earnestteen Conn Fincher, a pipefitter for Steel Products, and he also served his country honarably in the U.S. Navy. Along with his parents, Joe was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Fincher, five brothers and six sisters. In addition to his wife, Joe is survived by one son, Jefferson (Patricia) Fincher, daughter-in-law, Brenda Fincher, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6p.m. to 9p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel, Ky.
