Lena "Shondelle" Chaney Jones

Lena "Shondelle" Chaney Jones, age 44, passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at Shelbiana, Ky. Lena was born on Feb. 3, 1969 to her parents Woodrow Chaney Jr. and Clara Chaney. She was the wife of Frank Jones, and a homemaker. Lena was preceded in death by one brother, Kelly Chaney, and one sister, Sabrina Renee Chaney. Along with her husband and parents, Lena is survived by four daughters, Regina Kelli (Danny Michael) Deboard, Virginia Krystal (Brandon Alley) Newcomb, Klarissa Brooke (Michael Rush) Ratliff, K'La Renee (Chris Wheeling) Bowling, twelve grandchildren, Trinidy, Sidney, Shelby, Rush, Klair, Olena, Eric Jr., Keaton, Brayden, Sabrina, Larry Jr., Lillian Vada, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at 1p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Jimmy Jack Adkins and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery.
