Frankie Dye

Frankie Lucille McCown Dye, age 77, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 at the Nova Nursing Home in Weber City, Va. Frankie was born on July 9, 1936 to her mother the late Mary McCown. She was the wife of Jimmy Dye, a homemaker, and a believer of the Baptist Faith. Along with her mother, Frankie was preceded in death by two brothers, Wade Allen McCown and Thomas McCown. In addition to her husband, Frankie is survived by a very special niece, Debbie Martin, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, Family and friends Visitation will be Saturday at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Tommy England officiating. Burial will follow in the Fiddler's Cemetery at Pikeville, Ky.
