Dimple Coleman, age 82, passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 at his home. Dimple was born on Jan. 24, 1931 to her parents the late Elmer Coleman and Hastie Coleman. She was the wife of the late Lanta Jr. (Tater) Coleman, a homemaker, and a member of the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Dimple was preceded in death by one brother, Orville Coleman, and two sisters, Barbara and Irene, one great granddaughter, Sadie Claire May. Dimple is survived by three sons, Danny J. Coleman, Clarence (Sue) Coleman, Elmer (Paula) Coleman, three daughters, Pebble (Jimmie) May, Lila Kay (Benny) Hopkins, Tonia L. Coleman, three brothers, Grady Coleman, Goble Coleman, Granville (Dan) Coleman, sisters, Dixie Damron, Carol Adkins, Freda Browse, Bonnie Summerfield, Brenda Bartley, Burma Ratliff, Rachel May, Beatrice Adkins, Berdie Coleman, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 at 12 noon at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Eck Ratliff Cemetery at Wolfpit. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 at 12 noon at the Samaria Old Regular Batpist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating.
