Wanda "Sudy" Bartley

Wanda Sue "Sudy" Bartley, age 67, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Wanda was born on Aug. 4, 1946 to her parents the late Hassel Ratliff and Myrtle Ratliff. She was the wife of Marvin Douglas Bartley and a member of the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. In addition to her husband, Wanda is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Potter, Danita (Mark) Thompson, one son, Brandon (Brittany) Bartley, two brothers, Alvery Ratliff, Elster Gene Morton, one sister, Margaret Vanover, six grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Chris Bartley and Jimmy Kerr officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
