Crystal Renee Collins

Crystal Renee Williams Collins age 38 passed away Saturday February 22,2014 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Crystal was born May 18, 1975 to her parents Sammy and Connie Williams. Crystal was disabled and formerly employed by Pikeville Medical Center. Along with her parents Crystal is survived by one son Zachary Trivette, two brothers Jeff Williams of Wolfpit,Ky., Sammy Williams of Clay City, Ky. one grandchild Cayden Ross Trivette and a host of family and friends who love her and will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Sunday February 23,2014 at 6 p.m. at the Wolfpit Community Baptist Church. Funeral will be Tuesday February 25,2014 at 1 p.m. at the Wolfpit Community Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Coleman Family Cemetery. There will be nightly services Sunday and Monday night at 7 p.m.
