Jennifer Wellman

Jennifer Lynn thacker Wellman, age 37, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014. She was born on Sept. 13, 1976 to her parents Denver and Kay Thacker. She was the wife of the late Michael D. Wellman, a homemaker, and a member of the Methodist Church at Elkhorn. Along with her parents, Jennifer is survived by one daughter, Emily Kay Wellman, one son, Logan Michael Wellman, one brother, James Riley Thacker, one sister, Melissa Coleman, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Unity Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin.
