Donta Price

Donta Price, age 42, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tn.  Donta was born on Dec. 7, 1971 to his parents Don and Shelia Price.  He was the husband of Ellen Price, retired from the U.S. Army as Staff SSGT, and a believer of the baptist faith.  Along with his wife and parents, Donta is survived by three sons, Justin Scott, Joshua Donta, & Dakota Ray Price, and two daughters, Cortney Marie Price, Shawnte Hope Price, one sister, Melanie Price Coleman, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.      Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Sunday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Monday, March 17, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Paul Badgett, Tommy England officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
