Chad Worrix

Chad Worrix, age 35, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at his home following a childhood illness. Chad was born on April 4, 1979 to his parents Linda Varney Casey and Daris Pops Casey. He was a member of the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Chad was preceded in death by his father, Everett Robert Worrix, and one sister, Roberta Marie Worrix. Along with his parents, Chad is survived by Tonya Abshire, who is like a sister, one brother, Trent Slone, two sisters, Mary Hampton and Missy Wolford, a host of loving Nieces, Family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11a.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Dewayne Abshire and Jim Abshire officiating. Burial will follow in the Varney Cemetery at Phyllis, Ky.
