Joan Stamper

Joan Stamper, age 56, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Ky. Joan was born on Oct. 15, 1957 to her parents the late Granville Caudill and Nannie Bowling Caudill. She was the wife of Clifford Stamper, a homemaker, and a member of the Colson Pentecostal Church. Along with her parents, Joan was preceded in death by three brothers, Truman, Granville Jr., and Eugene Caudill, and two sisters, Mascal Key and Wilma Sexton. In addition to her husband Joan is survived by three sons, Clifford (Jermaine) Caudill, Caleb Stamper, Braiden Stamper, two daughters, Tamara Stamper, Jessica Sweeney, one brother, David Caudill, six sisters, Janice Meade, Pascal Tolson, Fannie Pike, Gladys Baca, Nancy Hall, Glenda Faye Osborne, seven grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at Seco Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Monday and Tuesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Seco Freewill Baptist Church with Jeff Slone, Chuck, Hall, Wendle Austin officiating. Burial will follow in the Seco Cemetery.
