Elizabeth Ann Helton

Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Helton, age 50, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Beth was born on Oct. 19, 1963 to her parents the late Gaylord Chaney and Mary Thacker Chaney. Beth was the wife of Benny Helton, a homemaker, and a believer of the baptist faith. Along with her parents, Beth was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Chaney, Harold Chaney, two infant brothers, Darrell & Ralph Chaney. Along with her husband, Beth is survived by four daughters, Mary Woods, Tiffany Mullins, Destiny Helton, Savannah Helton, three brothers, Ricky, Johnny, & Craig Chaney, three sisters, Lois Tackett, Rhonda Brewer, Vonda Gibson, six grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday May 31, 2014 at 11a.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church with William Adkins, Jimmy Jack Adkins, and Larry Kendrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Kendrick Family Cemetery at Upper Chloe.
