Lula Ruby Justice, age 93, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at her home. Lula was born on Sept. 29, 1920 to her parents the late James C. Justice and Orpha Kendrick Justice. She was the wife of the late Jesse Finice Justice, a retired school teacher of 33 years for the Pike County Board of Education, and a believer of the baptist faith. Along with her husband and parents, Lula was preceded in death by one daughter, Florene Justice Stiltner, her son in law Roger L. Stiltner, one brother, Jim C. Justice, and two sisters, Martha Justice and Sarah Justice. Lula is survived by two grandsons, Randy (Deana) Stiltner, Roger Stiltner, three great grandchildren, Delaine Stiltner, Miranda Stiltner, and Pierce Stiltner, and a host of loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 11a.m. at Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Brian Hundley officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
