Steven Mitchell Bentley

Steven Mitchell Bentley, age 56, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014 at his home. Steven was born on August 7, 1957 to his parents the late Brenton Bentley and Deloris Jean Nichols Bentley. He was a truck driver for Childers Oil Company and a member of the McPeek Branch Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Along with his parents, Steven was preceded in death by one son, Steven Brett Bentley and one brother, Timothy Bentley. Steven is survived by one daughter, Brandy Jo (Edward Allen) Bentley, two sisters, Sheila (Don) Hall, Cheryl Wright, one grandson, Michael Southern VanRiper, best friend, Jack Branham, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the McPeek Branch Christian Missionary Alliance Church. The funeral will be Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 11a.m. at the McPeek Branch Christian Missionary Alliance Church with Wade Estep and Adam Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentley-Potter Cemetery at Jenkins.
