Hilzie Lee Hall

Hilzie Lee Hall, age 90, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at her home. Hilzie was born on October 7, 1923 to her parents the late Farley Justice and Josie Thacker Justice. She was the wife of the late Jody Hall, a homemaker, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with her husband and parents, Hilzie was preceded in death by one sister, Oleta Mullins, six brothers, two grandsons, and two great grandsons. Hilzie is survived by three children, Reedy (Shirley) Hall, Reathie (Otto) Gillespie, Reable (Jearl) Nipper, one brother, Homer Justice, one sister, Betty Jo Barbe, eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, fifteen great great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, July 27, 2014 at 11a.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Gillispie Cemetery at Greasy Creek.
