Johnny Paul Wakeland

Johnny Paul Wakeland, age 58, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Johnny was born on October 4, 1955 to his parents the late John Clair Wakeland and anna Burris Wakeland. Johnny was a car salesman for Adam Estep. Along with his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by one brother, Danny Wakeland, and one sister, Janey Slone. Johnny is survived by one daughter, Anna Coleman, one step son, Jordan Blackburn, two brothers, Benji & Neal Wakeland, one sister, Elva Wakeland, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, July 28, 2014 at 1:30p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery.
