Ralph Williamson, age 83, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at the Cedar Creek Assisted Living. Ralph was born on June 27, 1931 to his parents the late J.L. "Landon" Williamson and Belle Francis Williamson. He was the husband of the late JoAnna Ray Williamson, a retired car repairman for N & W Railroad, and a member of the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church at Brushy. Along with his wife and parents, Ralph was preceded in death by one infant son, Palmer Williamson, one brother, J.L. Williamson Jr., and two sisters, Betty Ruth Lowe and Joyce Young. Ralph is survived by one son, Tommy (Kimberlee) Williamson of Beaver Island, Mi., one brother, Kenneth Williamson of Rockhouse, Ky, four grandchildren, Blake Williamson, Hollie Williamson, Dylan Burrows, and Riley Williamson. Ralph was bery blessed with the care and support of the staff at Cedar Creek Assisted Living as well as his personal aides A.D. and Wendy. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, August 15, at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery at Meta, Ky. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cedar Creek Assisted Living or Hospice of the Bluegrass
