Debra Lynn Irick

Debra Lynn Irick, age 50, passed away Monday, Sept. 8, 2014 at the Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. Debra was born on May 26, 1964 to her parents the late Ernest Brewer and Roxie Carroll. She was a former restaurant employee. Along with her parents, Debra was preceded in death by one sister, Kathy Alley, and two brothers, Larry Carroll and Donald Carroll. Debra is survived by two sons, Joshua (Breanna) Branham, Alex Salisbury, one daughter, Amy (Jereny) Tackett, two brothers, Dale Carroll, Danny Brewer, two sisters, Lorene Salisbury, Betty Alley, two grandchildren, Maxwell Tackett, Henry Branham, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bud Crum officiating. Burial will follow in the Salisbury Family Cemetery at Toler Creek.
