Kimberly Ann Bentley Thompson

Kimberly Ann Bentley Thompson, age 34, of Pikeville, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on January 13, 1980, the daughter of Thomas and Betty Bentley. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Perry and Hazel Taylor. Kimberly was a medical technologist at the Leonard Lawson Cancer Center and was of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mose Thompson, by two sons, Weston and Easton Thompson, by her paternal grandparents, Leon and Jeanetta Bentley, by her father-in-law, Jack (Truby) Thompson, by her mother-in-law, Christa (Hubert) Lester, and by a brother, Thomas Randall (Lisa) Bentley. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Teddy Honaker and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery. Special services will be held on Thursday and Friday nights at 7 p.m.
