Ferbie Belcher

Ferbie Robinson Belcher, age 99, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at her home. Ferbie was born on May 23, 1915 to her parents the late Shird Robinson and Rebecca Little Robinson. She was the wife of the late Willie Belcher, and a homemaker. Along with her husband and parents, Ferbie was preceded in death by one daughter, Baby Monette, one son, Larry G. Belcher, four brothers, Curtis, Kermit, Lawrence (Dee), and Thomas Robinson, three sisters, Merbie R. Rowe, Vertie R. Bartley, and Maudie R. Bartley. Ferbie is survived by two daughters, Nancy Carol B. Roberts, Jennie Lynn B. Thompson, one brother, Shird Robinson Jr., six grandchildren, Larra Damron, Lanna Ratliff, Brenta Barb, Suzanne Thompson, Jack Roberts, Jann Harris, ten great grandchildren, Robbie Bishop, Payden Damron, Kaylyn Barb, Ty Barb, Will Roberts, Ben Roberts, Allison Harris, Lauren Harris, Kourtlie Ratliff, Kammie Ratliff, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bobby Rose, Greg White, and Randy Bentley officiating. Burial will follow in the Willie Belcher Cemetery at Ky Hwy 611.
