Johnny Chaney

Johnny Lee Chaney, age 54, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Ky. Johnny was born on March 23, 1960 to his parents the late Gaylord Chaney and Mary Kendrick Chaney. He was a coal miner and a believer of the Christian faith. Along with his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Tony Chaney, and one sister, Beth Helton. Johnny is survived by two sons, John Chaney, Curtis Chaney, one daughter, Denise Bryant, two brothers, Craig Chaney, Ricky Chaney, three sisters, Rhonda Brewer, Lois Tackett, Vonda Gibson, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Graveside service will be Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Fields Cemetery in Millard, Ky. with Larry Kendrick officiating.
