Billy Spencer

Billy Spencer Jr., age 57, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Billy was born on May 10, 1957 to his parents the late Billy Spencer and Peggy Hall Spencer. Billy was the husband of Kathy Moore Spencer, a retired truck driver and coal miner, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his first wife, Marylin Spencer, and one brother, James Edward Spencer. In addition to his wife, Billy is survived by one daughter, Natasha Lynn Spencer, one son, Gregory Lee Spencer, two sisters, Drema Boyd, Eva Boyd, two grandchildren, Savanah Kidd, Gregory Keith Spencer, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel.
