Stephanie Adkins

Stephanie Adkins, age 37, passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Stephanie was born on October 9, 1977 to her parents Barry Adkins and Gloria Justice Gibson. She was the wife of Greg Kiser, and a former restaurant employee. Along with her husband and parents, Stephanie is survived by one daughter, Kendra Scruggs, one son, Isaac Blair, one sister, Sherry Butler, one grandchild, Liam Ratliff, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, January 12, 2015 at 1p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Jimmy Jack Adkins, Jimmy Reed Adkins, and Junior Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Prater Cemetery at Greasy Creek.
