Ruby Jean Thacker

Ruby Jean Thacker age 74 passed away Friday January 23,2015 at King's Daughters Hospital in Ashland, Ky. Ruby was born October 14, 1940 to her parents the late Jewette and Vicy Dales Thacker. Ruby was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Along with her parents Ruby was preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita Harmon and Lorell Thacker. Ruby is survived by one son, Randy "Punky" (Crystal) Thacker, six brothers, Jewette Reid (Patty) Thacker, Jack Thacker, Leon Thacker, Phillip Thacker, Eddie Dean (Regina) Thacker, Richard Dale Thacker, two sisters, Pauline (Paul Dean) Huffman, Teresa Lynn (Terry) Griggs, and a host of family and friends who love her and will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Sunday 6 pm at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, Funeral will be Tuesday 12 noon at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, Special Services will be Sunday and Monday nights at 7 pm. Burial will be in the Thacker family cemetery at Red Creek.
